Feel confident, calm, and supported on your journey to parenthood
Feel Prepared
Having a baby is amazing, but it can also feel overwhelming – especially if it’s your first time, or if you’re adding to your family and want to refresh your knowledge. Our classes are designed to help you feel ready and confident about what’s to come.
Meet Other Parents
You’re not alone in wondering what to expect during labour, birth, and those first days with a newborn. Our antenatal classes in Gloucester give you the chance to connect with other parents-to-be who are going through the same journey.
Ask Questions
No question is too big or too small. These sessions are a safe, supportive space where you can pick up practical tips, get answers, and leave feeling more relaxed, prepared, and confident about the weeks ahead.

What’s included on our 6-week course:

6
Week
Catch-up & Connections
Once your little ones have arrived, we’ll choose a date together to meet again. This relaxed session gives you the chance to share how those first weeks have been, chat through any questions, and pick up ideas from each other. It’s also a lovely way to see familiar faces, strengthen friendships, and continue supporting one another as you settle into life with your baby.
Meet Tash
Hi, I’m Tash, I’m an independent antenatal teacher based in Gloucester and I am a mother of two very energetic boys!
Alongside being a mother, I work in the public sector, I bring skills like, compassion, enthusiasm for education and support you can rely upon. However, all things birth and beyond is where my true passion lies!
I know that every family and every birth is different, so my classes are always friendly, practical, and shaped around your questions and needs – whether you’re preparing for your very first baby or adding to your growing family. They’re inclusive, evidence-based, and welcoming of the LGBTQIA+ community.
We also put a big focus on the important role of the birth partner, so that together you can go into birth feeling confident, empowered, and supported.
I stand proud that my courses are non judgmental and no such thing as a ‘silly question’ so you can feel confident in getting the answers that you need for your own unique journey.
